Foundation Regional Action Plan
ENHANCING SUPPORT FOR OUR ROTARY FOUNDATION THROUGH MONTHLY WEBINARS
Objective:
To equip club and district leaders across Zones 33/34 with practical strategies that foster a culture of sustained engagement and support for Our Rotary Foundation, leading to increased contributions and greater humanitarian impact.

Strategy:
Deliver a monthly Foundation Matters webinar series featuring concise, actionable training sessions aligned with the Rotary Action Plan priorities—increase our ability to adapt, expand our reach, enhance participant engagement, and increase our impact.
Tactics:
Skill Development: Each session will provide bite-sized, immediately actionable skills and strategies to help clubs and districts grow both financial support and programmatic engagement with Our Rotary Foundation.
Peer-Led Learning: Sessions will highlight proven practices presented by club and district leaders who have successfully implemented them—demonstrating real-world results and promoting peer-to-peer learning.
Storytelling for Impact: Clubs and districts that develop effective cultures of Foundation support may be invited to share their success stories in future webinars, strengthening collective learning and recognition.
Why It Matters:
Established in 1917, The Rotary Foundation has over a century of impact—empowering Rotarians to provide clean water, quality education, peacebuilding, economic opportunity, and health improvements worldwide. The Foundation Matters series supports this mission by inspiring and enabling Rotarians to maximize their contributions—both financial and service-based.
Call to Action:
We invite every club and district leader to actively participate in each monthly Foundation Matters webinar. Your engagement helps us amplify the message that The Rotary Foundation is Our Foundation—and together, we are Doing Good in the World.
Let’s grow our impact—one club, one project, and one webinar at a time.
The Four-Way Test
Of the things we think, say, or do:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and
BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
