Rotary Zones 33/34 are excited to announce the opening of registration for the 22nd Annual Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Center Spring Conference, taking place on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the FedEx Global Education Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. This conference is an essential gathering for those passionate about peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and international development. As home to the only Rotary Peace Center in the U.S., Zone 33 hosts this extraordinary event each year, showcasing the work of future global leaders in peace and conflict transformation.

Conference Theme:
Stories of Peace – Centering Community for Collective Transformation

This year’s theme, selected by the graduating Class 22 Rotary Peace Fellows, delves into innovative approaches to peacebuilding, development, and conflict transformation. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the Peace Fellows themselves as they share their research and real-world experiences from across the globe. It’s a chance to learn from the very individuals shaping the future of global peace.

For early risers, there’s an added bonus: attendees can explore a research exhibition showcasing the work of Class 23 Rotary Peace Fellows. This exhibition was first presented at the Peace Innovation Showcase at Duke University last December. Lunch and other refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
