Rotary Works Impact Fund Grant Application
ABOUT THE ROTARY WORKS IMPACT FUND
The Rotary Works Impact Fund will provide a one time grant of $500 to individual Rotarians and Rotaractors in Zones 33 or 34 who have become financially impacted by a career transition. The grants are offered as emergency assistance for financial obligations which are difficult to meet due to the financial stress of career transition. Applicants will be asked to describe in detail their career transition and the hardship it has placed on their financial circumstances.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Interested individuals may complete the Rotary Works Impact Fund application form. The application will be forwarded to the Rotary Works Review Committee, excluding your identity, to ensure the process is anonymous. The Review Committee is responsible for reviewing, approving, and forwarding accepted applications for payment. In the rare event that a request is not approved, the Rotary Works Impact Fund committee will notify the applicant by phone.
